Prof. Jung-Ha Park from the University College, Elected as the Next President of the Korean Association of General Education
Professor Jung Ha Park from the University College was elected as the ninth president of the Korean Association of General Education at the "2020 Spring National Conference" held online due to the COVID-19 on June 20, 2020. The term of office is one year from 2021.
The Korean Association of General Education is an educational and academic organization founded on October 10, 2006 for the purpose of developing and disseminating basic education by contributing to the research and achievements on basic education. The basic education in universities aims to cultivate global leaders who fulfill their competence and responsibilities as global citizens and have maturity, creativity, judgement, leadership, and morality.
Prof. Park became the third president from our university after Prof. Dong Hyun Sohn(the first president) and Prof. Hong Jun Yoo(the seventh president).
