Student Success Changeui Scholarship Award Ceremony
SKKU held the Student Success Changeui Scholarship Award ceremony for spring semester of 2021 on June 14 (Mon) at the 600th Anniversary Hall.
At the ceremony, President Dong-Ryeol Shin, Executive Vice President Joon-Mo Cho, Vice President of Planning and Coordination Joon-Young Lee, Vice President of Student Affairs Sang-Hoon Bae, and Vice President of International Affairs Hyun-Soon Park attended to congratulate and encourage students.
The student success changeui scholarship award was introduced in 2019 to discover a role model who would be a ‘First Mover’ of student success at SKKU. It is a new concept of scholarship that encourages students to actively participate in various extra-curricular activities by selecting winners based on thier participation, unlike the existing standards which select scholarship receipients based on students' grades and household income.
In the spring semester of 2021, 97 students were selected for achievements in various fields such as learning research, extra-curricular activities, volunteer activities, communication, internationalization, and start-up, and a total of 313 million KRW will be paid as scholarship.
