An exchange student’s home university is responsible for transferring SKKU credits, while SKKU provides information on the grading system and the academic policy for their reference. SKKU’s Office of International Relations sends the necessary documents, including academic transcripts, to the home university by express mail to help the student who completed the exchange program to ask for a credit transfer. Exchange and Visiting students are allowed to take up 18 credits (6~7 courses). As all exchange and visiting students are classified as bachelor's degree students in the SKKU system, they must follow a separate method for enrolling in graduate classes.
Transcript
- Grades are finalized about two weeks after the semester ends.
- Students can download transcripts themselves.
- If a student or their home university requires SKKU to send the transcript, please request via email. Processing may take up to one month.
