Varsity Sports Organization
The Physical Education Health Center was established March 5, 1963 in order to supervise services such as health consultations for SKKU students, faculty, and staff, improvement of physiques, training athletes, etc. After that, the two functions of physical education and health consultation were separated. Then, on January 1, 1967 the Physical Education Health Center was dismantled, and the Physical Education Guidance Committee and Health Center were each made separate. On October 21, 1970, in order to strengthen the cultivation of outstanding athletes, the Physical Education Guidance Committee was dismantled and reorganized as the Physical Education Facility, and on September 1, 2009 its name was changed to Varsity Sports Organization.
Currently, the Varsity Sports Organization promotes organizational events for the baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and handball clubs as well as individual events for track and field club and kemdo. In addition, we are achieving excellent results in swimming, BMX, and boxing events, and it has amateur athletes in American football and mountaineering.
The Varsity Sports Organization is situated not only in the domestic and international sporting world, but also in the center of a star that produces many talented people from all walks of life.
