Strategic Planning/Promotion Team
The Strategic Planning/Promotion Team is responsible for the establishment and implementation of SKKU’s comprehensive developmental plans, planning and development of strategies and policies for university management, establishment and implementation of the long-term facilities plan, analysis and review of university management and management of university sections, quotas, rules and regulations.
Major Responsibilities and Functions
- Establishment and implementation of SKKU’s comprehensive developmental plans
- Establishment and implementation of annual university management policies
- Planning and development of strategies and policies for university management
- Management of organizations, faculty and staff quota, policies, development of human resources policies and recruitment of outstanding human resources.
- Establishment and implementation of long-term facilities plan
- Internal audit
- Analysis, assessment and review of university management and publication of assessment report
- Management of university statistics and information disclosure
Budget Planning Team
Major Responsibilities and Functions
- Management of division director’s official seal
- Basic planning for management and allocation of funds and resources
- Performance evaluation for budgetary planning, control and adjustment
- Appropriation of students’ payments
- Management of statistical data of SKKU and publication of annual report
- Operation of the tuition deliberation committee
New Campus Establishment T/F Team
The New Campus Establishment T/F Team is responsible for setting up a new SKKU campus in Pyeongtaek Brain City.

- Establishment of the New Campus Plan
- Collection of internal and external opinions on implementing the New Campus Plan
